Our Founder
​​Sudharshini Ariarajah is founder and consultant at Creative Change & Support sàrl.
​
International relations graduate, holder of a business administration diploma, a Hermes Foundation project management certificate, a job coach certificate in occupational integration and perfectly bilingual in English and French, Sudharshini has 20 years experience in matters relating to organisation, project management and change management.
​
She gained her expertise in banking organisations through management of interdisciplinary projects (CRM implementation, mergers and acquisitions, implementation of audit recommendations and management controls). She has also managed more than twenty projects (ITSM) for a large American company.
​
Sudharshini was also an organisational consultant for a leading company that delivers regulatory advice for the banking and financial sector.
​
In the field of non-profit organisations, she has worked on several innovative projects (ethical investments, micro-credit, public and private sector partnerships) as well as raised funds for several associations.
Sudharshini has also participated in the creation and business development of several start-up companies and led, as CEO, a start-up project, resulting from an EPFL research project.
